SHIPPING TIMES Once processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@diamonddrapelabels.com with your order number and photos of the damage. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Diamond Drape Labels is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
